Union Shipping Minister G K Vasan s uncle and late Congress leader G K Moopanar s brother Sampath Moopanar died here today following heart attack, the same day his brother died ten years ago. The 68-year-old Sampath Moopanar, who had come down from his native Thanjavur last night to pay homage to his elder brother, G K Moopanar on his tenth death anniversary, suffered heart attack and died this morning. He is survived by his wife and two daughters, family sources said adding the funeral would take place tomorrow at his native place
